4. Registration and Payment

The indicated registration / EOI amount is ₹21,000, unless otherwise stated in the applicable application process. A submitted form or payment does not itself create a right to a plot or establish allotment. Payment confirmation is subject to successful verification and recording.

5. Allotment and Refunds

Eligibility, allocation, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable project-specific documents and law. Please also read our Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of Applicant Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring submitted information and documents are accurate and for keeping their registration and payment references safe. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may require additional verification.

7. Payments and Technical Issues

Payments may be handled by third-party payment service providers. In case of a disputed, failed or duplicate transaction, contact support with the transaction reference so it can be verified. Do not share OTPs, card PINs or passwords with any representative.
